Antique, nearly a century old softcover wraps book in overall good condition. Exterior shows fading to the title on the front cover as well as chipping to the paper at the spine and outer edges of the the covers. Covers also show some minor white paint flecks. Interior of the book is very clean and well intact. Binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing.

Book totals 96 pages, measures approximately 9 x 6 x 3/8 inches and weighs about 1/2 of a pound.
