This is brand new without tags. It has never been worn, was washed....I am anal and wash every clothing item that comes into my home unless I know for sure it will be returned. This piece I ordered online and was hoping to wear it for a special occasion, but ended up having to have surgery, and I gained weight quickly after that. Since the surgery was on my stomach, I just did not feel attractive or even know if I could fit in it anymore.
