This is a Used Emerson Tommy Bahama Damp Rated Leaf Bladed 52" Ceiling Fan. This Ceiling Fan that is working and in okay shape. It uses a K55 stack type motor with a rubber flywheel.
- I wiped the fan down on the outside of it but it still has dust on it and could use a more thorough cleaning.
- The fan has some scratches/scuffs or rust/pitting on its finish (see photos).
- The mounting bracket IS included (see photos).
- Blades and blade irons are included!
- 8 screws for the blade irons are NOT INCLUDED!
- The fan has been tested and is working.
- The fan does wobble.
- The blades have scratches, scuffs and chips.
- This fan has come flywheel warpage (see photos), some flywheel screws are worn at the screw head and some blade irons are out of clock. (see photos).
