Pre-owned. Tested and works, but needs a new battery as the original one provided in this listing does not hold a charge long. 

The camera body looks nice with very light surface wear and back screen has some wear (see photos). The lens has no scuffs or scratches. It comes with the charger, battery and working Sony floppy disc that was formatted. No other accessories or parts included.
