This is a 1971-S (San Francisco) Eisenhower Silver Proof Dollar ANACS PF67 "TDO & DDR" (Proof 67). This coin comes in an older "Soapbox" holder and although the label says "TDO & DDR", I am having trouble seeing anything except very slight doubling on the L of LIBERTY and the rest looks more like machine doubling. In either case, the variety would be considered "minor". The coin itself has some nice cameo appearance under the cloudy tone and the case has some light signs of shelf life. Please use your own best judgement to determine the grade/quality of the coin and see each picture before purchasing!
