Worn by Toews likely at the NHL Media Tour events in and around 2008, 2009 or 2010 based on jersey style (Reebok Edge 2.0) and the date on the born on sticker that is still affixed to the hip tag and legible - not calling it game-worn but the LOA that comes with it, issued by the NHL states it was worn by Toews but not in what capacity - could have been on-ice for promotional content 

Light signs of wear via a few marks as seen in photos plus light fraying and a few loose threads on the interior

No team tagging or penned notations - comes in the bag it came in from the NHL 

Captain's "C" over the left breast - beautiful chain stitched embroidery - reinforced elbows and fight strap 

Number "19" over the sleeves and verso in stacked dual-layer tackle twill numerals!
