It does work but has many flaws so I'm selling it as it is for PARTS and REPAIRS.

No charger or any accessories included, just the unit.

Battery doesn't hold charge, there are some dead/damaged pixels on screen and doesn't read all DVDs.

Interesting vintage device for collecting or use as prop, I don't imagine you'll use it as a portable DVD player but I guess someone passionate enough could actually fix it.
