Boxed Amiga 1200 Comic Relief Pack.

This is a nicely upgraded Commodore Amiga A1200. It's been deep cleaned, but not restored. It's been comprehensively tested and is in full working order.

UK / PAL Amiga 1200
- Comes with original box and Comic Relief slip cover.
- A very clean example.
- Rev 1D.4 motherboard.
- The Amiga 1200 has the AGA chipset and a faster processor. It's arguably the best Amiga to own in 2024, especially if you're like to game like it's the 1990's!
- Licensed version of AmigaOS 3.2.2 (CDROM & Old ROMs included).
- Boots to Workbench from the CF card.
- The motherboard is untouched since the factory, that means no recapping has been done. It's common to recap Amiga 1200s due to age, but I like to leave them alone when they are working and not showing any signs of leaking
- Works great in the USA.
- Comes with an upgraded power supply in the original enclosure. This enclosure is a little yellowed.
- PAL / NTSC isn't an issue and can be switched at boot by holding down both mouse buttons.

  Terrible Fire TF1232 & Gold 50 MHz 68030
- Motorola 68030 running at 50 MHz. This is a nice little speed bump over the 68EC020 at 14 MHz.
- 128MB Fast RAM.
- IDE interface on board, does not support autobooting.
- No FPU included, but the socket is available.

4GB Compact Flash card and IDE/CF adapter
- A minimal copy of Workbench has been installed to get you started.

Testing:
- Both 2 MB Chip RAM and 128 MB Fast Ram tested OK, over multiple cycles with Amiga Test Kit.
- External PCMCIA slot tested and working.
- Video working perfectly.
- Stable machine, runs for hours without any issues.
- All keys on the keyboard are working, except the enter key on the numeric keypad.
- Original Floppy Drive works.
- External Floppy port tested OK (external drive not included).

Also Includes:
- Original Commodore Amiga mouse.
- Original Workbench 3.0 manual.
- Original A1200 manual.
- ZipStik joystick, old but tested and working.
- A Mean Well RT65-B power supply in the original Commodore enclosure with a US/Canada plug (if you'd like an original UK 220V PSU I can swap that out).

Other notes:
- The Amiga will be packaged well.
- The box and slip cover are in OK condition, definitely not factory fresh. The box is missing the polys.
- The case is in great condition and very original in its color - no yellowing. The keys show some signs of yellowing, but is quite hard to notice.
- The RF shield has been removed, and the rear panel has been upgraded with a heavier steel unit.
- There's a small crack above the PCMCIA port (see photo).
- There are some small black marks on the rear panel.
- You'll need a way to connect this to an old school RGB monitor or modern display. Let me know if you need any help with that.

- FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA. Happy to ship globally with eBay Global Shipping.

I'm been using Amigas since 1987, I'm a bit of an enthusiast! I'm happy to answer any questions during the auction. Good luck bidding!
