For sale here is this vintage brown YSL Rive Gauche suit in 100% wool, made in France.

The jacket is in very good condition, marked as a size 36 with measurements as follows:

Base of collar to bottom of garment: 72cm

Armpit to armpit: 54cm

Armpit seam to end of sleeve: 45cm

It features 5 buttons up the front, shoulder pads and vents and has no defects to note.

The trousers are a size 38 and measure 29" / 74cm inside leg and the waist is about 28". To note that the hems at the ankles need re fixing and there is some staining in the crotch area as photographed in the penultimate picture. I am not sure how long the stain has been there and have not attempted dry cleaning, so it may or may not shift. I'd therefore advise seeing this listing as for a jacket with trousers as a bonus if cleaning works out.
