This rare doujinshi (self-published book) is published by the popular manga artist, Kakio Tsurukawa. He is best known as the manga creator of Sawanbe Zombie, Ikyoudo, and Different Nation which most of his titles have released in the English version previously.
It is titled as "Ikyoudo", a short manga series with 2 chapters. The book was only available from his crowd-funding campaign, very rare and limited! And here is the brief from the English version:
