  RETURNS ~ Please ENSURE you are happy with the description and KNOW what you are bidding on.  I only do refunds if I have made an error in my listing and not for any other reason i.e. changed mind, not what was expected, don't like it etc.  I'm always happy to answer any questions before the auction ends and can be contacted via eBay's messaging service.

DELIVERIES ~ I charge a nominal amount which goes towards packaging materials, petrol costs etc.  This is included in the postal charge.  I usually despatch within 3 days of receiving a payment . A proof of posting certificate is always obtained.  N.B. I only post within the UK.

FEEDBACK ~ Due to a high number of Buyers not leaving me feedback, I now give my feedback immediately after the Buyer has left theirs.
