I think they are art deco but could be earlier.

Heavy quality .

2 screw holes on hinge to the back of each clip.

I also have original screws but they're rusty

Could do with a polish but otherwise good condition,  see photos please.

Unusual to get a set of 14 pairs.

Bought them a few years  back but used rods instead.
