The Condition of the Magazine in my opinion is  Very Good.

The CD is in Excellent condition in my opinion please bear in mind that the CD has Not been play tested.

The Magazine has a 8 Page Article on Slash, a 5 Page Article on Kate Bush,  a 4. 5 Page Article on Jane's Addiction and a 4.5 Page Article on The Angels.
