Hauser's Coin Company, Inc. was established in 1963 in Minneapolis, Minnesota by Nicholas Hauser and his father Howard. Since 1978 the store has been located in Lakeland, Florida and is now managed by Nicholas's son, Michael Hauser. Hauser's offers a wide array of coins including gold and silver along with various supplies for every coin enthusiasts collection!
Hauser's has been a name in the industry for over 60 years and active in promoting the coin industry. Nicholas Hauser spearheaded the fight for the exemption of all US coins from Florida sales tax which took affect July 1st, 1999. Foreign coins and bars of silver, gold and platinum are exempt once the sale is $500 or more! Nicholas and Michael Hauser have been featured in Coin World and Krause publications, as well as the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Tampa Tribune and The Lakeland Ledger.
