This is a porcelain figure, with the logo of Goebel, apparently dated 1934-1949. It's a gentlemen in a red coat, carrying a flower. There is some darker colouring/shading on the item; I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there or not - see pictures for reference. This item stands approx 19cm tall.
