This is a set of four 9" plates made of bone china by Wedgwood. The plates are decorated with a platinum scroll design and were manufactured in the early 2000s. The plates are in new condition, although they are listed as "New other (see details)" in the product description. The plates are blue in color and were produced in a style endorsed by Martha Stewart.
