This is a very nice piece of American Brilliant period cut glass.  This is a 7" vase,  The base is cut in a large hobstar.  I have to say that I think this vase was taller when it was new.  I think it was damaged and cut down.  It is unusual that the top rim is "toothed".  Most pieces that have been repaired have a smooth rim.  Use your judgement and bid as you will.  There is no damage to the piece in it's current state.
