I've owned this subpac since it was new. It was actually hanging on my chair for many years and did not see as much use as I thought it would. You can see in the photo of the back how it looks shiny around the "subpac" logo from where it was against the chair. Also, of note, is that the cord strain relief at the control box is pulled out slightly (see close up photo). The subpac functions fine to the best of my knowledge. I tested it just before listing. I have never used the headphones output or the bluetooth connectivity however. Original box is in great condition and comes with the original power supply, all cord adapters (for other countries), and the instruction manual.
