This auction is for a pair of vintage Sexton red #5 & yellow #10 cast metal roadster race car wall plaques. The plaques are both marked © SEXTON USA 1966. The yellow car is marked 1133 and the red car is marked 1134. We are unsure as to what type of metal was used to manufacture the cars. We tested the cars with a magnet and the magnet was not attracted to the cars. Both cars measure roughly 16 1/4” in length. The cars appear to have their original painted surfaces which are in fair to good condition considering their age. The cars do have scratches, nicks, aging, discoloration, fading, dirty and/or dusty areas, chipped paint, manufacturing imperfections, and general wear (see pictures). The cars appear to be free of any breaks, cracks, or repairs. The combined weight of the cars is roughly 2 lbs 7 oz. The cars each have a pair of attached hanging rings which are intact.
