Item Condition:
Unless otherwise specified, miniatures are supplied without their original packaging and should be considered pre-owned. unpainted miniatures may have been previously painted and stripped. Miniatures that are unpainted or stripped may have been previously assembled and/or cleaned to some degree and small traces of paint and/or glue may be present. Where miniatures have been previously painted, stripped, assembled or prepared this information will be included in the item description as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise specified, miniatures are supplied without plastic bases, arms, weapons or other paraphernalia. To the best of my knowledge all miniature are genuine products and have been produced by approved manufacturers.
Photographs:
All items for sale in this listing are displayed in the main photograph. Additional photos may be present to allow for a more detailed inspection of individual items but do not indicate additional items included in this listing. Occasionally, additional miniatures or items may be shown for scale or comparison. Any items used in this way will not appear in the listings main photograph and will be noted in the items description.
Payment & Shipping:
All items will be securely packaged for shipping. Please allow 48hrs for processing and shipping of your order after completing payment, this said, I aim to ship all items by the next working day. Where practical, I will always combine items shipping to the same address into a single package unless specifically requested to do otherwise.
If possible, please try to avoid purchasing multiple items by paying for each individually and requesting a refund for the overpaid P&P afterward.
Resolving refunds for this type of transactions takes additional time to process which will effects handling costs. If you are purchasing multiple items please use the 'Shopping Basket' and the 'Request Total' button before completing payment and I will invoice you directly for the total cost of you order including any and all P&P charges. This method allows me to process your order more efficiently and keep P&P charges to a minimum.
For orders weighing up to 750g:
- All orders of up to £20 will be sent via Royal Mail '2nd Class' service.
- All orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail '2nd Class' Signed service
- All international sales are sent, as above, via 'eBay International shipping' service
For orders weighing over 750g:
- All orders will be sent via a 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' service.
- In general, orders will be shipped via Royal Mail but I may use an alternate service provider if I think it appropriate.
- All international sales are sent, as above, via 'eBay International shipping' service.

P&P Charges:
Displayed postage and packaging charges may vary between listings depending on an items size, weight, handling time and packaging requirements. Because of this, it is difficult to create a rule for calculating P&P charges when purchasing multiple items but here are rough guidelines:
- P&P will be charged In Full for the listing with the highest 'Displayed P&P Charge' to ensure that those items get intended shipping service.
- When combining items from multiple listings a fee will be charged for each additional listing to cover handling time and any additional packaging materials.
- I most cases this charge will not exceed 30% of a listing 'Displayed P&P Charge' but for valuable items or items with large amounts of packaging it may.
- When the value, size or weight of an order commits me to a more expensive service (as outlined above) any extra cost will be added to this fee.
I am happy to quote for shipping costs on multiple items before you place any bids or commit to making any purchases.
Returns and Cancelations:
I will always strive to give accurate description and provide good photographs for my listings as I would hate to see any of my customers disappointed by their purchase. If you feel that any of your item(s) do not match the sales description or have been damaged "In Transit" please contact me as soon as possible so that we can find a solution.
If you would like to cancel your order either before payment or after payment and before shipping it is important that you get in touch as soon as possible. In many situations an orders can be easily canceled by completing eBay's 'Mutual Cancelation Agreement' form after which I can issue a full refund if necessary.
If you would like to return items for any other reason after they have been shipped please feel free to contact me. As a non-business seller I cannot offer unconditional returns as a matter of course but will consider any reasonable requests.
When requesting a return please contact me directly and wait for approval before shipping anything back to me. I will contact you as soon as I can with an answer or counter-offer. Once we have reached an agreement I will provide you with a suitable return address, which may vary from the return address on the original packaging.
Please re-use the original packaging if possible or a similar substitute and ship your items to the agreed address using a suitable 'Tracked' or 'Signed For'service. Once Items are returned, checked and verified I will issue the agreed refund. I will not be able to accept delivery for items that are returned without prior agreement.
