All of my Dyson vacuum cleaners are stripped down, thoroughly cleaned (parts replaced if necessary) assembled and then tested on NORMAL POWER MODE (NOT MAX POWER) continuously (non-stop)for 10 minutes with the exact motorised head being supplied with your Dyson. (I then clean out the bin so there may be a small amount of dust/fluff within the vacuum when you receive it.)

This test ensures that the vacuum unit and the motorised head operate correctly.

I don't test cycle these any more than 10 minutes as I doubt anyone will vacuum continuously (non-stop) for more than 10 minutes, normally vacuuming will be stop-start between rooms.

All my battery powered vacuum cleaners will run for longer than 10 minutes, I just don't run them any longer than this.

Please remember that these are all used Dysons, motorised heads and accessories so they will not be perfect cosmetically so expect some wear /scratches / small dents in poles etc. from normal usage

Some minor issue may have been overlooked, may not be obvious and may not be noted but I always try to describe each item as best I can.

I will not accept any returns for Dysons as I have returns by a couple of buyers because they swapped out batteries and motorheads and claimed that they didn’t work!

ALL MY DYSONS ARE FUNCTIONALLY TESTED: they will have run times and similar suction power as if new

PLEASE READ BELOW:  >  DYSON AFTERCARE ADVICE  <

1.    Never vacuum damp or wet floors or carpets– This will soon clog up the vacuum system, create blockages, poorer suction, overload the motor and will also result in a bad smell when operating the vacuum.

2.   Do not vacuum up cement dust or builder’s fine rubble – cement dust is aggressive in nature and this will cause similar issues: same as above.

3.   Empty the Dust Bin when it reaches the MAX fill level – to prevent undue stress on the motor (and Battery performance)

4.   Operate the vacuum on NORMAL POWER Mode as this prolongs running time and will extend battery life as the battery isn’t continuously draining quickly.

5.   If running on ‘MAX’POWER the operating time will be severely reduced, usually only several minutes runtime, especially if using a motorized head.

6.   Always try to fully charge the battery. – The battery is designed to be on charge continuously.
