This listing is for a used, unlocked Blackberry Q10 (SQN100-3) with a QWERTZ keyboard.

Single Micro SIM, 3.1" screen, 16GB, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 2/3/4G.

Please note that the Blackberry servers were shut down in early 2022 which means services like Blackberry ID, Blackberry Email, Blackberry Messenger, etc, no longer work. The phone still functions for calls, texts and basic Wi-fi but apps will have limited to no use at all due to being outdated and no longer supported by Blackberry. This also creates an issue if the phone is factory reset as the initial setup asks you to sign in with a Blackberry ID. You can skip this initial setup and use the phone normally but it will frequently send audible notifications asking you to complete the setup. This full setup process can be bypassed but it is difficult if you have not done it before. The phone will be factory reset and the full setup will be bypassed so the phone is ready to use for the buyer but I would recommend not to factory reset it yourself unless you are familiar with this bypass process.

The screen is in good condition with a few scuffs and light scratches but no cracks. The keyboard has some small bits of silver trim missing above the Q key and above the Enter key but they do not affect the keyboard itself. The phones edges, corners and rear casing have wear and dings from general use as seen in the photos. The phone comes with its battery and rear cover. No box, charger, cables or other accessories are included. Phone only.

The 3.1 inch touchscreen and display are in good working order. All of the buttons work well and phone features such as the QWERTZ keyboard, earpiece, microphone, loudspeaker, front and rear camera, rear camera flash, wi-fi, bluetooth, vibration, 3.5mm headphones port and micro USB port have been tested and are working. The mini HDMI display port is untested as I do not own the cable to test it but the port is in good condition as shown in the last photo.

The phone uses a Micro sized sim card (not included) and is a single sim phone.

It is unlocked and tested working on O2, Vodafone and EE networks as shown in picture 2.

Battery is in used but good condition, charges to 100%, has lasted through testing and a few days idle.

MicroSD card slot is tested working but no memory card is included.

Blackberry OS 10.3.3.3216 operating system.

Clean IMEI number.

Phone colour - Black.

The phone will be factory reset before posting.
