  • Condition exactly as shown in the photo. First Edition 1997 with hard cover, plastic dust jacket, bookmark and cardboard case. Introduction by Jean Boissel. The book has never been used. Like New. The only signs of shelf wear and blemishes are on the outer cardboard sleeve in which the book was stored (see photo). Excellent collector's item!
