THE HANDLE IS NICE AND APPEARS TO BE MADE OF A BONE OR HORN.THE HANDLE DOES HAVE A EDGE CHIP (SEE PHOTO). THIS IS A VERY HEAVY DUTY RAZOR, IT HAS SOME WEIGHT TO IT. IT COMES WITH THE PICTURED BOX.
