This Denver & Rio Grande Western loco does not have a coupler, so it was probably never used much. This is a DC model with light tarnish. It runs good with some noise. It has just been inspected, cleaned and lightly lubricated. The rubber tubing connection has been replaced. The motor is in the loco, but no back head panel is included. The boiler weight is installed. All wheels have been gauge checked to NMRA standards. Original packing and box are in good condition. An extra tubing connection is included. The Balboa K-36 runs best on curvature of 20” radii or greater.

Item comes from non-smoking home. Photos show actual item up for bid. The box may have shelf wear. A reproduction box label has been affixed. Track not included.

HOn3 is a narrow-gauge version of HO scale equipment. It requires unique HOn3 track. This equipment will NOT operate on N scale track.

This item will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap and/or foam peanuts. It will be taken to a USPS Post Office for immediate processing. It will NOT be mailed in a plastic bag. It will NOT be left at a shipping partner than can delay delivery.
