Measures only 26 1/2" down the side seam with older style wide adjustable straps. Whimsical scalloped piping decorates the bodice & above the hem. From the tag: Contains an exclusive Dupont ingredient built into the fabric which imparts permanent anti static properties to the fabric". Not laundered because of tags so sold as found.
