The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows: Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of auction, a $395 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be received in the form of cashiers-check, certified funds, money orders or cash in person. If a deposit is not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID. 

Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions, cash in person and personal check (once cleared). PayPal will be accepted only for a deposit not for full payment. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states. Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax. A $295 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction due to state raising prices on title works. We are sorry but have to raise the fees accordingly, which will cover document preparation, title transfer, airport pick up, listing fees vehicle prep and maintenance fees. Temporary Transit Tag is available for an extra fee for those customers that in need of one. There will be a storage fee of $19.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 10 regular days after the auction ends.
