Box has minor marks from storage, small tape marks. Contents are in nice condition and the burger tower turns fine. I have printed off a copy of the instructions and the set is missing the original rules sheet, 1 tomato, 1 mayonnaise, 2 ketchup, 2 napkins, 1 apple pie, 3 straws. 3 of the corners on the plastic base have a small crack/nick ( see last 3 pictures)
