This vintage rhinestone brooch is made by Pell. It has 3 different cut and faceted crystal rhinestone shapes: marquise, baguette, and round.  It is quite heavy and was likely made in the 1940's. There are no missing stones.  There is some residue that looks like maybe someone glued a stone back into its setting many years ago and the glue has discolored.  The starting price is reflective of this.  Please look at all photos carefully.
