The lens has been cleaned and checked for imperfections. The M focus on the lens all accurately/smoothly click and turn. Aperture worked at all ranges. Purchase includes Nikon NIKKOR Ais 28mm f2.8 Wide-Angle Lens F Mount  as shown only. The lens does have some cosmetic scuffs and other signs of use. No other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.

・haze/fog- light amounts of fog around the fungus spots

・Fungus - Found spots on front middle and rear elements

・Scuffs/Scratches - No Indications

・Separation - No Indications, maybe some on the front element from the mold honestly hard to tell if its just the mold causing the visual.
