SHIPPING
Once payment has been received all orders will be posted within 2 working days except Weekends and Bank Holidays,
items will be despatched by courier
Any missing items must go through the Ebay resolution process of item not received to get a refunD
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please email me before posting to let me know you intend to return an item.
Please enclose a note with the returning item stating: your name and address, ebay user ID, ebay item number & reason for return.
Refunds are made for the original purchase price only. The cost of returning the item to me is not refundable unless the reason for return is attributable to me, which does not include items that do not fit. When returning items please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office as responsibility for any lost returned parcels is that of the buyer
If If returning the item because it was damaged in transit please raise a 'DAMAGED ITEM; case with Ebay which will allow you to print of a returns label FOC to receive a full refund once item received back
