Mid Century Murano glass lamp body.  Flavio Poli for the Seguso Glasshouse.  Very large lamp!

Measurements:

Height of glass alone:  26.25"

Height of top piece of glass alone:  23 5/8"

Diameter of base:  7.75"

Weight:  15 pounds

The bottom piece has internal impact marks, two are large.  They can not be felt.  The top section has a light scratch toward the top which can be easily buffed out.  At the very bottom of the top section is a very small line in the glass.  About the size of a small fingernail clipping, minor.  See last image, zoomed.  You have to get almost eye level to see it.  It is something you have to look for as it does not stand out.

Since the lamp is two pieces the base can be removed the top section can be placed on a new base.  This is a very large piece of glass.  If you decide to keep the base it is perfectly stable and has a manufactured notch for the wire to pass underneath.
