This caravan has been well used and loved by myself and has also been upgraded with a Motor Mover which is automatic and cost £1000 to buy and install,
it also has a 400 watt solar system installed which not only ensures the leisure battery is always fully charged but also powers a 3000 watt inverter (shown in picture) which has an extension socket running from it and it powerful enough to run a Kettle or a microwave straight off of the battery (i only recommend these types of heavy loads on a nice bright sunny day)
the caravan did not come equipped with a microwave from the factory but i have installed one myself in available cupboard space and am including this in the sale.
please remember this is a 2002 caravan so even though i believe its in fantastic condition for its age, viewing is highly recommended.
it has had a bit of damage caused by a storm last year, very high gale-force winds ripped the skylight clean off the van and was not salvageable but i have done a repair on this by replacing the original skylight with a translucent Perspex which even though this does not open has been in place for a year in all weathers and has been taken on multiple trips with absolutely no incidents, i did look at buying a replacement roof light which can be bought and found on eBay as this was supposed to be a temporary fix but i just mist out on the purchase and as this "temp" fix worked out so well and has caused no problems i have kept it in place.
The caravan has had a brand new fridge installed at a cost of £700 and was professionally installed.
