This is a brand new, never worn pair of Skechers Twinkle Toes high top sneakers in a girl's size 1. This pair features the Line Friends! All four main characters are shown on the exterior sides of the shoes against a blue background covered in confetti. Most of the highlights on this pair are done in bright pink with various colors of glitter throughout. They open with side zippers, but the laces are also usable in order to adjust the tightness. The toe caps have the signature twinkling LED lights that flash when walking. There is also a small button on each cuff that forces them to flash when pressed. My video shows that every other pressing gives either one flash or a series of 3 flashes.
