This vintage Wallis Executive tea dress is a fab piece from the 1980s, which alao exudes a 1020s Fapper vive. It features a black and grey stripe design, perfect for a party occasion. The dress has a drop waist with a pleated skirt and an attatched tie which looks so cool.I'm very sorry about the dullness of the pics, it was a very dark and wet day...again...almost Summer...woo...more rain, no doubt.

About a size 8 to 10, it measures (without using the tie) 15" from shoulder to shoulder, 34" around the bust, 34" around the waist, 21" from shoulder to bottom of sleeve, 8" around the cuff of the sleeve, and is 46" in length from shoulder to bottom hem. I don't think it's meant to be a fitted dress, but more of a flapperes-que style, which hangs from the body.
