For your consideration, here is a beautiful doll by Ideal Toy Company in the 1930s. This lovely "young"  lady, is named SHIRLEY TEMPLE.  I measure her at 13 inches tall.  She is full body composition.  To my knowledge, she has never been undressed.  Her composition is very nice, her mohair wig is mostly in original style.  She is all original and her lovely "starburst print organdy dress is lovely  Please see pictures.  She is wearing her original "pin back".  Her face paint is lovely.  The only "flaw" that is common with these dolls is her right eye looks fine to me, but her left eye is crazed.  Otherwise she is just gorgeous.  I did add some information below that I found on Wikipedia, that I thought may be of interest to you.
