The birch is in decent condition. The color is even, but the sheen is worn off. They are in great original condition.

The seats are the original upholstery. It appears they were covered when nearly new with a second covering. We assume the original owner did not like the blue and covered it with a drab maroon vinyl, which we removed.

The chairs have the original Heywood Wakefield circular stamp on the bottoms of the chairs.

These are available for local pickup only in Sherman, Texas, which is about 60 miles north of Dallas.
