For watch lovers, the Octo Finissimo by BVLGARI may give a strong impression of octagonal shape and thinness, but as the name suggests, “Octo” means octagonal and “Finissimo” means thin. The digital number of “7 segments” which is a symbol of the work of Mr. Tatsuo Miyajima who is famous for the art work using LED digital is arranged on the dial to “Octo Finissimo” which became a representative model of Bulgari, and “The thing which time is engraved with the symbol of life and death” is arranged on the dial. What does it mean to walk around wearing something that is engraved with time, a symbol of life and death? The Bulgari development team responded to Mr. Miyajima's expectations with the development of the “Cal. BVL362,” a movement equipped with a minute repeater, one of the world's three most complicated mechanisms, at a mere 3.12mm. BVL362", the world's thinnest movement with ‘minute repeater’, one of the world's three major complication mechanisms, at only 3.12mm, a feat that continues to break the world record for ultra-thin, ultra-complicated watches.

The movement can be glimpsed through the titanium skeleton dial, which is hollowed out in the shape of the letter “8,” and the “minute repeater” can be operated from the push button opposite the crown. The “minute repeater” can be operated from a push button on the opposite side of the crown, and Miyajima's signature is printed on the see-through back.
