We deliver to countries like Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,Italy, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal Spain, Sweden,Switzerland and USA. All of our parcels are delivered by DPD only. This is a fully tracked service. You will be able to track the parcel online at all stages of its journey. Transit time is usually 3-4 working days. Some EU countries take slightly longer. USA may take one to two weeks depending on custom clearance.

A: DPD Local You will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery giving a 1 hour time slot so you know when to expect it. If the time is not convenient, you can reply to choose a different day.You can check your delivery window or check the progress of your parcel on the DPD website.If you are unavailable, the courier should leave a calling card and take the parcel back to your local depot. The delivery should then be automatically attempted the next day.
