My family is the original owner of these original Edward Wormley Dunbar Chairs. They are from the Janus model line.  Both chairs have the original upholstery fabric and the original marking "Dunbar Berne Indiana" and patent number (please see pictures).  These chairs were purchased in 1961 by my family and have been in the family ever since. Between their purchase in 1961 and 2000 they were not sat in. Between 2000 to 2024 they have been used for guests and on holidays.
