The steelbook is brand new and factory sealed. The steelbook back middle right has a dent. The steelbook back is a normal fullness before the dent. After the dent, the rest of the steelbook back is a lesser fullness. In the spine picture, the dent is at the 's in Argento's. Look at the lower steelbook section to see the difference in fullness. 

This piece has been collector owned, collector sold, and has never been in a retail environment. 

Items are shipped the same or next business day. The blu-ray will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.
