The PSU does have scratches on it (please see pictures). The PSU has been tested and is fully functional, and comes with (1) manual, (1) PSU tester, (1) FDD adapter, (1) molex 4, (1) power, (1) CPU, (1) PSIe, (1) PSIe 2, and (2) SATA 3 cables (please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
