The knife main blade tang has " JOHN PRIMBLE BELKNAP HDW. & MFG. CO. " on one side and " 702 " on the pile side. Depending on the source there could be a star under the pattern number which could mean it was made by BOKER, but one reference claims that it would be Camillus. This one did not have one. It has brass liners with nickel silver bolsters. It has moderate snap and the pen blade is soft at close. The main blade pull is slightly hidden behind the pen when closed. Someone may have cleaned it up. I found a dark spot within the main blade nail pull and the knife does have some typical  scratches. The brass liners have darkened in spots over time. I will try to highlight any imperfections with the flash photos. It is 3 1/4" inches long when closed.
