Some information for you: Every time someone puts in a request for an item that wasn?t received it hurts us as a seller even if the request was closed it still hurts us, just differently and that is not fair to us when we do everything correctly. There have been times when someone requested a refund, it was given, then the item arrived within a couple of days! Because the person was IMPATIENT. Most people don?t realize that not only do we lose the money on the item itself but the eBay fees, shipping fees and supplies. PLUS, our time. Why put us in the negative and hurt us when we didn?t do anything wrong when the person didn?t want to wait for the Post Office to do THEIR job and the shipping time? That is unfair to us small stores just trying to make a living the best way we can.
