This is an open box returned item. It's in its original box and is in like new condition. It has been inspected and no notable defects or blemishes were identified except for some surface rubs where the wheels connect the frame and rubs to the fabric on the underside fabric near the front wheel (likely due to the wheel frame rubbing against the fabric during shipping), as shown in the last four photos.
