Imagine my surprise when I pulled this out of the pile of uniform on my first day in the Royal Navy.  Along with the black plastic handbag, and patent leather 80s court shoes (both of which sadly have not survived 20 years in the service....).  However, the first time it rained I slung this on, and fell in love with it!  So waterproof, and covers all of you, so seriously nothing gets wet.  It's genius.  And it hasn't changed in style or shape since about 1935...
