D-25 is one of the best Discmans ever made, if you Google the reviews it stands its own against The King, D-555... some say it is because of its 4x oversampling digital filter
D-25: Box Set, complete. Discman was completely disassembled, laser sled gears and spindle motor cleaned and oiled, laser re-calibrated. BP-2 battery (originally 450mAh) was restored with new 1,600mAh Li-Ion cell, charging circuit was modded for safe battery charging by the Discman itself. Boxed set is Mint/Like New. The only damage is minor paint loss at the bottom of the felt case, evidently from touching the Styrofoam box insert
