This item DOES NOT COME with batteries! Batteries are not included. You will need 3 AA batteries to operate this toy.

This item comes with the dance pad included. There is yellowing of the clear plastic due to age and exposure to UV light, which is typical of clear plastic and is not unusual or a defect. There is a slight chip/ discoloration on the side as shown in picture.

Overall, this decoration has some very minor wear and tear but looks pretty good for its age, which is approximately 13 years old.  Please also note that the figure is painted to look dirty as to depict Wall-E from the movie.
