Design: Solid yellow gold ring with a brutalist style nugget texturing on either side of a distinctive cat's eye chrysoberyl stone. The stone has a prominent line down the center that does not move much with the light, but when looking very closely the stone does get a second line that moves slightly from the center line. The stone has a wonderful honey coloration to it, that appears lighter on one side of the line depending on the light source, giving a milk and honey effect. When looking from the underside of the stone, the center line is still very prominent, and the sides differ slightly in color. You can also see the silk like strands going through the stone.
Measurements: See photos, darker grid lines are 1" apart, lighter lines are 1/4" apart. About 1/2" wide, total weight of 6.8 grams, size 9.5, could probably be resized at your discretion.
Condition: Great, minor tarnish/wear, some light surface scratches throughout (see last two photos.) The stone is in good condition, with no major scratches and only very light scratches when viewed with 10x magnification. There are some dust particles showing on the stone in the photos, that were easily wiped away with a soft cloth.
