This is a cocktail menu from the cabaret theatre in Paris called L'Ange Bleu. It's been around since the 1950's. This menu has its price in French Francs so it was printed before 2000 when they switched over to the euro. Cover announces a performance by Jean Marie Riviere who was a famous actor in France.
